Shipping throughout Italy and Europe
We ship professional Pilates equipment throughout Italy and to major European destinations.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, the type of equipment and the configuration of the order.
For this reason, we provide a personalized shipping quote before final order confirmation.
Payment methods
We accept payment by bank transfer and Paypal.
Our standard payment terms are:
- 40% upon order confirmation
- 60% before shipment
Our team provides all the information required to complete the payment and confirm the order.
Delivery times
Lead times depend on product availability and the selected configuration:
- Products available in stock: immediate shipping
- Multiple or customized orders: estimated production time from 2 to 6 weeks
- Dark wood finishes: up to 2 additional weeks
Delivery times are always confirmed according to actual availability at the time of ordering.
