• Foot bar with 5 positions, easily adjustable.

• Height adjustable rope pulley system with hand and foot loops allow changes in the angle of resistance.
• 5-spring format enables you to configure up to 46 resistances on the Reformer. Plus 6 additional springs to be used on the half Trapeze.
